1. How long does it take to dispatch orders?
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 4 working days.
You’ll receive a Tracking ID or link via Instagram DMs or email once your order has been dispatched!


2. How long will delivery take once my order is shipped?
Shipping timelines depend on where you're located but your order should likely reach you within 4-10 days after dispatch!


3. Can I cancel or return my order once it's placed?
We do not accept cancellations or returns once your order has been confirmed.
Please make sure to review your cart and shipping details before completing the purchase.


4. My package says ‘Delivered’, but I haven’t received anything. What should I do?
This can happen sometimes. Please check with your neighbours, your building's reception, or anyone at home who may have accepted it. If it’s still missing, please contact or visit your nearest post office for help. Please feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance in this case.


5, Will sold-out designs be available again?
We may restock certain items in limited quantities if there is high demand for it. Follow us on Instagram to stay notified about restocks.


6. I entered the wrong or incomplete shipping address. Can I fix it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes — contact us as soon as possible with the corrected address.
If it's already out for delivery, we won’t be able to make changes, and such failed deliveries aren’t eligible for refunds.


7. My parcel was damaged or went missing. Can I get a replacement or refund? Unboxing videos are mandatory for all claims.  If  your parcel has been lost in transit or items reach you severely damaged, we may offer a refund depending on the situation. Kindly contact us within 24 hours if such an issue arises.


8. Do we offer COD orders?
We currently do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) orders!
